bandorr2000 Report post Posted August 7, 2015 Following the instructions in the manual, after setting everything up - tow hookup, Brake Buddy set up, shift to neutral and pull fuse 32. Upon pulling fuse, power is lost to the Brake Buddy. Any way around this, short of hot wiring BrakeBuddy to 12v? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

wayne77590 Report post Posted August 8, 2015 My personal opinion is that it is more safe to have a direct line to the Brake Buddy. Consider if plugged into the Cigarette Lighter and an overload occurs the fuse is going to blow and no Brake Buddy. Like I said, just thinking out loud.
