Sun Block for Tires - Tire Paint
Posted 24 August 2010 - 11:02 AM
Bought Sun Block for Tires Kit at Camping World, but wanted to check if any on has had experience with the product on RV tires.
I use tire covers when going to be parked for extended stays ( more than week or two), but this looked like a good everyday solution.
Like to know what the group thinks or if anyone has found a better product.

I have confirmed that white tire covers can lower the temperature by over 35°F in full sun.
Don't forget damage, including heat damage, is cumulative so every hour you spend at elevated temperatures cuts into your tire life.
