We recently bought a used Country Coach Allure.

There is a round key that goes to a place just below the parking brake on the driver's side panel. .

Does anyone have any idea what the function of this lock is.

I thought that maybe it was to lock the parking brake in place and prevent and inadvertent release but that did not seem to be the function when I tried it.

Any ideas please?

Hawkbee, I also have just bought a Country Coach that has the same key. It is to turn on the Engine Diagnostic Mode. Turn on the diagnostic switch and scroll through the codes with the idle speed rocker switch.
