Two great FMCA area rallies are coming ...

Southeast Area Rally: SEA Salutes the Military
Feb. 6 to 10, 2013, Hernando County Airport, Brooksville, Florida
Register Online at FMCA.com

Scheduled entertainment:

Ladies for Liberty: This singing troupe performs the Andrews Sisters-style of music through its own rendition of vocals, costumes, hairstyles and the spirit of patriotism reminiscent of the 1940s.

Kevin Adams: Adams, a singer/impressionist, will present a unique one-man variety show. His fast-paced act features clean comedy, costume changes and a powerful vocal presentation that amazes audiences.

Kenny Evans: Evans is now in his 12th season performing the “Golden Oldies” hits of the '50s and '60s in Pigeon Forge, Tenn. Evans toured professionally throughout the 1990s, opening concerts for many well-known country music acts.

42nd St. 6 Piece Band: This band stars singer Carolyn Cline, a first cousin of Patsy Cline. She is a former Miss Florida and was runner-up in the Miss America competition (she won the talent contest).

Southeast area website for the Brooksville rally is at:

Heads up there is no early camping as stated on the website there. I understand there is nobody at the office so they haven't been able to do this for several years.

We will see you all there :).

This will be our first rally, so a couple of Newbie questions. I have received my packet, but have not found a schedule of events, other

than the wonderful entertainment scheduled. We had planned to arrive on Sunday the third (3) but ref the above thread, is that

possible/recommended? Also for us this is boondocking 101, for us. Any recommendations, other than arrive with empty black and gray

water tanks / but full fuel/potable water tanks?

Thank you

FYI it's really been a great rally... my favorite part (so far) was the parade, it was so much fun even the rain held off til it was over!
