Dealer gave me a membership here....recently purchased a 2019 Zion SRT (2018 Ram Promaster).

It (on the left) is a tool to adjust the tension on the belt for the underhood generator. Most keep it in the spare tire changing kit or with their tool bag. i can't help you with the TV question but there is an excellent resource on facebook....Roadtrek Zion and Simplicity Owners Group.
