I have the same issue , on a Shoreline Reels model #RH54, I was able to clean up the damaged portion of the drum where the contact had arced out against it, using a lathe, and polished the other 2 sections back to like new condition. I need help locating a replacement contact , or even if someone has a damaged reel ,that I could rob the contact out of and get mine fixed. I would believe that all the reels by this manufacturer would use the same contacts, so it wouldn't have to be the exact same model, thanks Shane
