I've used coach-net twice for assistance, but neither time was an emergency. I was safely parked where I could spend the night. They found capable solutions and everything worked out fine. It was well worth the money for the assistance even with the wait. They work hard to find a low cost provider capable of performing the work, and I would rather they do that than me.
