  1. I have tried updating it on the device itself and from logging into the router portal but it just comes back saying it cannot update do to network error. This despite the fact presently I am across the street from a cell site and getting 50MB down and 30MB up.
  2. Has anyone with the device on the FMCA plan ever tried to update the software? I have tried off an on for a year, there are two software updates out there but my device never allows the update. I was an engineer at VZ in the past and have asked people I know if there are reasons that a device would not update firmware due to certain plans and they have never heard of such.
