  1. Thanks so much for the link! This thing is a 97’ I’ll have it checked out. The article mentions 02’ up. Hopefully they hadn’t cheaped out yet with this one.
  2. I acquired it from a customer in Georgetown, TX. I’m based out of Round Rock, TX. The thing was bought in the Austin area new and has lived it’s life here. We are finding somethings that need attention and making the needed repairs as we go. I’ve always wanted one and certainly don’t mind the challenge. It’s all in fun and memories
  3. Thanks so much for all the info! I’m going to swing by my local DMV and get it ironed out.
  4. Sweet thanks so much y’all! So I currently live in Round Rock, TX. Just north of Austin. I like the idea of getting a feel for it before taking the test. I’m certainly more comfortable with it today than the day I drove it home. (Finally stopped putting myself through the windshield every time I applied the breaks) I know I’ve still got plenty of learning to do though.
  5. Hello everyone this is my first post, we are new to FMCA and to owning a motor home. I’ve came across a issue I’m not too sure of. Here in Texas I hold a class c license that allows me to drive any personal vehicle up to 23,000 pounds. Our new to us motor home is 31,000 pounds. It seems I’m going to have to upgrade my license to a class a. With that comes a driving test in something over 23,000 pounds. Has anyone taken the drivers test in there motor home, and do you have any tips for mastering it?
  6. We just purchased a 97’ Monaco Diplomat. While she’s not new anymore I’m truly amazed at the options and features she’s got! Over 20 years old and still a super smooth ride!
