I recently bought a new step motor motor for our 2019 Renegade Vera no 36VSB . I put it in and turned it by closing the door. The steps did not move at all. There is a different part number and it has a different internal even though it fit right in. Can anyone help. I know I can’t return this motor but it would help with some suggestions. Thanks
