YUP !!! 03 Dutch Star---We towed an Accord with Brake Buddy same lock-up issue and ruined tires ...Got our money back and cost of tires; Soultion for us was to work with Hitch Pro and Tow in Eugene Oregon...........went with airbrakes on our current RV / tow combination; in my opinion this is the best way to go (if you can) also best way to avoid any law-suit accident wise............. : Good Luck, Dave and Marilyn
