  1. In today's tough economy, it is certainly a "buyers market" for RV's and Motorhomes. The Conversion Coach market in particular has taken quite a hit in recent years. We've seen several new manufacturers close their doors, and the used market has been flooded with equipment. This is great news if you are in the market for a pre-owned coach, but if you are trying to sell right now...well, not so good - right? WRONG! Here's a few simple things you can do to not only SELL your coach, but to get top dollar for it in today's tough market: 1) Make sure everything works properly, especially if your coach has been sitting for awhile! Not a good feeling for a buyer when they go to turn something on and it doesn't work like it should. Spending a little time and/or money to fix what's wrong will help you get more for your coach and sell it faster! 2) Is it clean? I mean REALLY clean! When you open drawers, cabinets, underfloor storage areas, engine compartment, etc...are they clean and organized? This not only makes your coach show well, it lets the buyer know you have cared for your coach and pay attention to the details. 3) When taking pictures, be sure that you don't cut the vehicle off in the photos. Make sure it is clean, and that it is a nice sunny day outside. Stay out of the shadows and if you can, have an attractive background setting - not just an empty parking lot. Be creative and show your coach off in a nice setting - maybe a park, the ocean/lake, or near a nice building. 4) Take a video! This is an excellent tool when selling anything today. Post it on YouTube and provide a link to it in your classified ad.
