I have lost DC Power after battery bank wash. 1998 Allegro bus. Does anyone have a reference for online motorhome techs?

Washed out my battery bank this am...1998 Allegro Bus. Lost all DC Power...can't find where or how to reset...all visible fuses look ok Help please.....on the road.
