  1. I would like to recommend that a new discussion section be added for Commercial Members of FMCA, where we can share information on topics of interest to all vendors. Would this be possible? Thanks.
  2. If your coach has leveler jacks, try lowering either the front or rear of the coach before you bring the slides in. If you can get enough of an angle, hopefully the water will run off at the lower end. We've been motorhoming for a long time, and have spent many days/nights in driving rain storms, but never had a problem with water UNDER the slide topper awnings. We've had lots of water build-up on TOP of the slide toppers, but that runs off as we bring the slide in, stopping every so often until the waterfall stops. Good luck.
  3. ChefGarry: Welcome to FMCA! Congratulations on the purchase of your Tiffin Phaeton. I have an Allegro Bus, so we have something in common. My best advice to you, whenever you experience problems with your RV, is to contact Tiffin directly. They know their coaches, and they are always ready and eager to assist you with any problems which arise. In case you don't have it, here is the number for SERVICE: (256) 356-0261. When you get through, dial Ext. 3309 (Danny Abbot), and explain your problem to him. TIP: have your vehicle VIN ready when you call. They will be able to pull up any history with that vehicle, based upon the VIN. Another great source of information specific to Tiffin motor homes is the Tiffin RV Network, which you can access at <www.tiffinrvnetwork.com>. There, you will be able to talk to other Tiffin owners and get suggestions and tips regarding your specific model. Also, if you wish, you can always contact me via e-mail @ cbenoitiii@yahoo.com. Good luck and happy RVing!! Chuck
