  1. Your reference to 4wheelpar was right on the money, found exactly what I was looking for, thank you so much Jim, appreciate it.
  2. I have a 2014 Winnebago Adventurer and tow a dolly, I have found that the Adventurer is very high in the rear of the coach and I would need a 12" to 14" drop on a receiver. I have been checking around and can't find a receiver that drops that low the most I could find was an 8" drop. Not sure what direction to go, help?
  3. Hi, Ken and Nancy here. We are new to the Forum-- have only been RV'ing since 2009 and we love it. We have a 2011 Phoenix Cruiser, 32 foot and are looking at upgrading to a Class A. Not sure sometimes if I really want to, trying to look at the Pro's and Con's. Maybe someone out there can help with our decision to go from a Class C to Class A? We plan on going to a warmer climate over the winters since we live in cold PA, probably heading south. We spent a month last year in Florida in the Class C and can't imagine 3 months, need something a little more homey. Still not sure about the additional size and new problems we may face , example in parks and gas stations, etc. Class C is not bad at all, maybe someone could ease my mind and give me some guidance. Thanks
  4. We are looking at upgrading to a Class A from a C. We are looking at a 2010 Winnebago Adventurer, the inside layout is exactly what we are looking for but not sure about the 8.1L GM Vortec 340 hp engine and also Workhorse W22 Chasis, it has Allison 1000MH 6-spd w/od, any pros and cons would help? Ken in PA
  5. Butch, I was interested in your comments about Wholesalewarranties.net, we to our researching a warranty company and have received a quote from WholesaleWarranties. The actual Motor Home Service Contract is through Performancecare. Would that by chance be the company you are through also? The individual we are dealing with is Daniel, seems very nice but there again we don't know anything about them. The price is right for full bumper to bumper for 60 months/60,000 miles, $100 deductible, $2697. Haven't signed with them as yet, still trying to find out all I can about them. Thanks, Ken
  6. We are in the process of upgraded from a 2007 to a 2011 used Class C. I have been researching various extended warranty plans. I have narrowed it down to two, Performance Care Motor Home Service Contract and Good Sam's. Does anyone have experience with the Performance Care? Thanks, Ken and Nancy
