Strange, I didn't have any problem and it fits Joes requirements, close to the beach full hookup, no roads to cross. Bill

What does Cummings/ Onan say about the time? It doesn't sound to bad to me. You have to hold the switch down while it builds fuel preshure and heats the glow plugs. Bill

Interesting, Propane is the only mod that I haven't tried. Where is that section in Texas with a long downhill and a big tailwind. Bill -

Why not just order one from Camco/ Amazon I think I saw a universal 14" for about $16.00. Bill -
I have stayed at Dellanera RV Park, 10901 Termini-San Luis Pass Rd, Galveston, TX 77554 dellanerarvpark.com, (409) 797-5102. Nice place on the beach side of the road. It is just east of Stella Mar. I looked at Sandpiper but it was behind a public beach and parking. Not a bad park but lots going on and it will be hi traffic and BUSEY with people going to the beach. Dellanera RV Park is more remot in there is no public parking right there for the beach. It is almost a private beach for the RV park residents. Look at Google Earth. Schlitterbahn water park should be fun. Whenever I hear Schlitterbahn water park I think of the one in New Braunfels Tx. It is on the Guadalupe River. Like carl said plan to ride the Ferry it is free and if you want you can leave your car and just ride it round trip. It is also a good way to see the dolphins in the bay for free. There are people who will take you out for a nice fee to see them if you want. Bill

If I remember correctly they cut the welds, relocated it and re welded. This was to correct the thrust angle. I am not an expert but I don't know how just shiming it would work. Bill

Did you get an all wheel alignment? When I did they had to correct the thrust angle on the rear axle. That improved how it drove. Bill

Welcome to the forum. What did the tecks at Newmar say? Have you called them? They might have some trouble shooting ideas. Bill

No that was a different miracle toy. More like yes there is a dirt track out the back of this housing development in Conrow north of Houston on I-45 and yes you can bypass the traffic accident and backed up traffic. You will see the headwaters of Lake Conroe, some of the Sam Houston National Forest. But yes it got us around the stopped traffic. Bill

Someone breazed by one that is definitely worth checking. There are supposed to be some rubber drain plugs in the tracks of your sliding windows. Those little weep holes will make a lot of noise if thee plugs are gone. Bill

Like Brett said also see if you can change the angle of the mirrors. Without seeing it, it is just a guess. Taping things will change the wind flow . Good luck. Bill

The other place to check is Remco, they have been making things towable for years. If they say no then it probably isn't going to happen. Don't forget you can find nearly any owners manual online and see what it says. http://www.remcoindustries.com/product-pages/towing/ Bill

Welcome to the forum. Let's review what is going on. I see some confusion in terminology. I still get confused sometimes with what different systems do. You said you (put the inverter on). The inverter generally only power some circuits. What a Inverter does is convert 12V power to 110. If you are plugged into 50 amp shore power it will just pass power to the circuits. It will not take power out of the auxiliary batteries when on generator or shore power. It does not charge the batteries. "Thought it was a GFI issue, couldn't figure it out." Is your GFI receptacle button popped out and won't reset? That leaves the converter. A converter is an electrical device for converting 120-volt AC power into 12-volt DC power. Most RVs with electrical hookups will have a converter, since many of the lights and some other accessories run on 12-volts DC. Most converters also have a built in charger for the coach batteries. The better ones have at least a 3 stage charger. Make shure power is on to your converter. Let us know what you find. Bill
