My car's lock misbehaving. When I lock it by hand the lock does not work and door remain unlock. And when I do the same thing by the remote then lock works and door is locked. This misbehavior is beyond my thoughts. Useful suggestion or call lock smith....?

It happen many time with me that when I was try to open car's lock with original key then after unlock, key struck in it and cannot pull out. And after locking, the key can be easily pull out. So what is the main reason for that? That is strange for me!!

Post show that there are some problem with charger because charger is the source for getting electric storage. You need to check charger not battery. Also battery contain plates of silicon who change positive in negative.

A biometric lock system's battery is out of order and cannot rechargeable. It is new but not in warranty. Have any idea about it? What is the criteria for purchasing or getting AA battery...?

You don't need to fix lock by yourself, if you have no more ideas or experience in it. Just call a lock smith and hire its services to get rid of this common problem. I'm saying that because my lock did same problem like that.
