1993 Beaver Contessa. This frig is not cooling. Have checked propane and voltage. Could be a problem in the control board. Lights not showing functions. Finn's not covered. What else to check? And, what is the purpose of the heat tape switch? Have not noticed it lit before

We are trying to fill our tank with fresh water. however, it just comes out as overflow. Any ideas? We own a 1992 Beaver Contessa 40 ft diesel. The Tyler
