  1. The Aqua-Hot 450D in our Entegra was serviced less than 30 days ago by an Aqua-Hot service shop. It has been working fine until this AM...and the first morning in a while with low temps outside. I turned on the burner switch but the green light did not lite up...I heard a whining sound but the burner never ignited. I turned the switch back off for 30 seconds to allow the system to reset as described in the operation manual but not luck...the system whines a bit but the burner never ignites. We do get an occasional shot of heat from the electric element but not surprisingly, it doesn't last very long. I checked the expansion tank and the fluid level shows slightly below the "COLD" level...it is unclear to me whether this level would cause the burner to not ignite...the electric element heats the same fluid and it seems to be working though not very well. Since this system was just serviced, it seems unlikely, but not impossible, that the problem is related to a lack of service issue...ie. clogged filter(s), etc. Any thoughts? Thanks Jim
