  1. We are towing a 2017 XLT Explorer 4WD. Have had a SMI braking system installed on the car. Since our trip to Florida the brakes on the Explorer have been having serious issues. Took the car to the Ford dealer and he told us that the vacuum for the brakes was not working. It was not a Ford problem, but a problem for the RV dealer who installed the SMI braking system. Has anyone had any problems such as this? Was the vacuum for the car's braking compromised by a faulty installation?
  2. We have a 2011 Sightseer 33c with kwikee steps. The problem is when the RV is started the steps go up and come back down again and stay down. They work fine when parked. Last time the steps went up after about a mile of driving. Help
