bmoverbay started following Extended Warranties-For those who have them
-
I know there have been a lot of posts on this topic; some of which addressed the pros and cons of extended warranties and some which addressed specific plans. For this thread, we are asking owners who have extended warranties to share their experiences, particularly their most recent experiences: which one do you have, do you like or dislike it and why. Currently we are considering either Wholesale Warranty or America's RV Warranty. That said, however, we know there are others and if you have had favorable experiences with others, which ones? Thanking you in advance for any information you are willing to share. Regards, bmoverbay, Member # F435767

We are looking for suggestions/recommendations on lake front RV campgrounds and are hoping that someone on this forum might be able to help, please. We have a 45 foot MC and would like to spend 5-6 months in a lake front campground in locations where it tends to be cooler during the summer months. Obvious locations that come to mind are the north central (MI, MN or WI) or north east (upstate NY or New England) regions. A campground in southern Ontario would work as would the mountains of TN, NC, WV, Western MD and PA. The campground doesn't need to be fancy as long as we have full hook-ups and there is comfortable spacing between units. It would be nice to have water front or water view, if those type of sites have full hook-ups, but full hook-ups trump view. The lake doesn't have to be large (a nice size pond would work) since our interest is kayaking, fishing, swimming and just hanging out along the water's edge. Also, since we are planning to spend an extended period, we would like to be reasonably close to good shopping and nice places to eat. Oh, and it would be nice if the campground has a good Wi-Fi signal and/or there is strong cell phone connection in the area. Any suggestions/recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. We are considering getting an enclosed trailer for our toad and 45 foot motorhome. Currently we tow a Jeep Wrangler, 4 down, but want a trailer for the Jeep and for some of the toys we would like to have with us as a full timer. For those of you with tow a trailer, would you be willing to comment on the following questions: 1. Are there campgrounds, particularly Federal and State Parks, Corps of Engineer and other public lands, that don't allow trailers? 2. What do you do with the trailer once you get to a campground, if there isn't enough room on the site for the motorhome and the trailer? 3. What is the difference between towing a car, 4 down, and a 20' to 22' trailer; specifically how well does a trailer track around corners or in cross winds? 4. If you had to do it again, would you haul a trailer? Any comments would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Regards, OWV, Our Wandering View Entegra 2014 Anthem 44B

On several occasions I have written something in as a WORD document and then tried to paste into a posting for a forum topic. I have done a Control C of the word document and then Control V in the Forum space. I have used the icon Paste from Word. I have also used the paste icon, but nothing seems to work. I really don't like to retype something and things that I feel might be of interest to others end up going un-posted. Can anyone tell me what I might be doing wrong? Thank you and regards, OWV, Our Wandering View Entegra Anthem, 44B

We just took delivery of a new Entegra Anthem from Orlando RV and we would be remiss if we didn't offer a shout out to both Entegra and Orlando RV. We know that an RV is a personal thing, but in our opinion, Entegra makes an excellent product and clearly worth taking the time to look at the Entegra line up if anyone is thinking of buying a new motor home. We can't say enough good things about our buying and delivery experience with RVOne. We purchased our coach from the Albany store when we were at the Hershey show and took delivery at the Orlando show. Perhaps the best way to describe our buying and delivery experience is that RVOne made us feel like we were there only customer, despite the fact that they were very busy with other customers. From the beginning of the process until now we found every one of the RVOne team has been proactive, customer focused, friendly, courteous, attentive to detail, and above all, extremely knowledgeable and professional. We feel we have hit a home run with Entegra and RVOne. Regards, OWV, Our Wandering View Entegra Anthem, 44B
