Hi, Newbie here to forum and motor homes. Am I correct to think that the surge disc brakes on a dolly are sufficient to meet the legal requirements of my state? (>2999 pounds require brakes) If they, in fact, do satisfy the requirements it seems to me that a lighting harness is about all that would be required to make the set-up work. I am considering the purchase of a MH/Tow dolly combination. Thanks
