Hello. Regarding the toilet water level, the best thing to use is Sealand brand toilet cleaner. You can squirt a little in the bowl with some water and let it sit and it will remove the calcium build-up from the seal. Of course, depending on the age of the toilet, the seal may need to be replaced.
