  1. Issue solved, There was a fused wire that was unhooked called "battery trigger." I had some work done on the coach, and I guess the shop disconnected the wire for some reason. It was tucked way behind the battery and impossible to see. The issue with the step was not related, but it had a bad control board. It was possible that it got shorted with me probing around for hours with a test light. Anyway thanks for every ones input, and thanks to Mobile RV service south of Houston, who showed up, followed up and fixed my issues 832-618-6104
  2. Thanks, I have power at the control board there are a series of jumper loops on top 13 + volts on all. Just nothing out. Looks like you are local to me. Where would you recommend I take it ?
  3. Ugg Still no luck with a new control board. I was also thinking that the step always worked without the house battery power on. The step does not work either. Anybody have any Ideas?
  4. Yes, I assume there is only the one master disconnect in the engine bay. The main control board has power to it 13.4 volts. Just nothing coming out to any accessories. I hope to have a replacement board by Wed. If that does not cure it, does anyone know of a good Technician in the Seabrook area ? we are about 1/2 way between Houston and Galveston let me know. 281-433-8257 or hmpipetools@yahoo.com Thanks for every ones replies.
  5. The board has power to it, The relays that are on the board are fixed. (soldered in) There are no bad fuses, There are some visual traces of overheating on the board. If I can get to the back side of the board I may find where the power is interrupted. Hopefully the replacement board will cure the issue. Thanks
  6. There are red jumper loops on top of the board, that is what is powering the board on top. There is 13.4 volts there. There are 5 vertical rows of 4 fuses, all seem to be good visually. A quick run with the test light did not pick up any power on any fuses. I am going to guess maybe a relay or chip on this board is bad. I ordered a new board from the manufacturer American Technologies Components (less than 200.00 dollars) just in case. Also figured good to have a spare. Would I assume the relay for the salesman switch is on that board? Thanks for all replies.
  7. A few updates. I went home and looked in the manual. All of the 12 volt systems are controlled by a circuit board of relays and fuses that is under the bed in the rear There is 13.4 volts to the circuit board.There are a series of jumpers that feed the top of the board. None of the fuses are bad at first glance. It seems every light, fan ect has its own fuse. The slides are not controlled by this board apparently and they work. But everything else in the Coach that is on this board is is dead.
  8. I will start looking this evening. There are several fuse panels. I just got this unit so it will take me a bit to familiarize myself with it. Someone said the door switch (salesman switch) can go bad or the relay it operates to energize the coach. Everything inside does not work except the slides and fridge are working.
  9. I just have my 2005 American Tradition diesel motor home serviced for a low power fuel issue, that has been resolved, thankfully. When I picked the unit up the step did not come out. I thought it was a switch or low house batteries because the unit was unplugged 3 weeks from 110 volt. When I got the unit home,I had no interior lights, no step or no water pump. The slides work fine, and the main disconnect is on. I have 13.4 volts on the house batteries, It makes no difference if the unit is plugged in to 110, or If I try with just the generator that starts, and puts out 110. Anybody have ideas?
