No mess at all, don't spill a drop. Just put the hose in a bucket and have someone start the engine and then when 6 quarts come out yell shut off.

Just pour it in.

It looks like you can catch 101 around the Port Townsend Wa area. It travels out to the ocean and then south along the coast. You catch 1 in northern Ca. Making it through the bay area on 1 is something I wouldn't like to do. Like going through New York city.

Might be the slave relay on the starter motor circuit.

I used the original wires and mounted the monitor next to the control panel. My original system was not working right.

If you go in the winter you may have to chain up, I did. I've been both in the summer and winter not too bad a drive.

My 98 ISB has a solid mount fan so I don't have to worry if its working or not. I think they started putting clutches on when there were complaints that the fan made noise like a B29 going down the runway to take off.

If you have lights they will never be accurate because of the internal contacts. If you want more accurate you need a system like See Level with external sensors.

I talked with an engineer from Allison and he told me the way to get almost a complete change the first time is to undo the cooler return line at the transmission and put it in a bucket then fill the trans 6 quarts over full. Start the engine and then have someone watching the bucket and when 6 quarts comes out shut off the engine. Monitor the oil level and adjust accordingly. I guess thats not public knowledge because of liability. I have done it this way on 2 of my transmissions with good results. Thats the way they do it at the factory.

Directv takes the oval dish with a SWM 3 LNB. You can do a roof mount automatic or a ground mount on a tripod. HD uses 3 satellites, 99, 101, 103. You will have to have the HD receiver to match. I have both the roof mount auto and a ground mount for when I'm in the trees. You can receive all the channels you paid for.

When we were still changing out ACs we would charge 1 hour labor per unit. My guys could do most of them in 30-45 minutes plus clean up of 15 minutes. We used a fork lift to get the exchange accomplished.

Its my understanding that rv toilets are designed to be mounted over the black tank with a straight shot down. Any bends will create resistance. We have serviced some trailers with plumbing that has bends and the owners experienced some problems. The cure seemed to be to flush more often with a smaller load.

Make sure the heater valve is shutting off all the way.

Stayed at Pla Mor about 6 years ago in a borrowed motorhome while ours was getting painted down the street at Mike's Custom Painting. Were there 2 12 weeks. Toured Newmar factory.

Mine is only 15gig a month, I even called because my "plan is "Beyond Unlimited" which is a cap 22gig at the high speeds, then slows down. However that 22 gig is across all devices in your plan and any hot spot is only 15gig no matter how much data you have in the "Beyond Unlimited". I was on the phone for three different calls trying to figure this out because my bill says "Beyond Unlimited" lol. I even paid the extra $35 onemonth for an extra 5 gig for the Beyond unlimited, but of course that did not apply to the hotspot. The part that is the most frustrating thing is I only have the hotspot and no other lines so it is the only device on the account. You would have thought that they would have not allowed me to throw away my money on the extra 5 gig which I could not even use on my hot spot.
OK Rant over, but was curious why people are saying 25gig, when everything I see is 15 gig on a hotspot. BTW I pay $95 a moth.
I believe mine is 15 gig on the MiFi and 7 gig on my phone hot spot before it slows down. When I asked how much extra the data was I was told $30. I'm at 30 gig now on my MiFi but most of the time the speed is not too bad. Reset in 3 days.

Is having a headset on while driving is legal? I use the blue tooth on the dash radio when using the cell phone.

I just finished driving 70 miles with outside temp 85 degrees of which 50 miles was on interstate at the speed of 70 mph. My Freightliner dash gauge does not show temp in degrees, but the range is divided into 4 equal divisions with the "N" of "NORMAL" about midway in the second division. The temp never got to the "O" in "NORMAL". Therefore, I think the problem is fixed. As Freightliner suggested, I have not put tape over the hole I put in the bottom of the fan shroud, because I though when I get back home on Monday, I will pressure clean again. In the future, I plan to clean from the inside twice a year. I have always done at least once before going to Arizona and then some times when I get back. Also, think I will pressure wash from the outside about every other trip. Maybe it will not take 3 hours of washing if done frequently. In about 10 days, I will be doing a 150 mile trip that should test the results again. I am getting my Atwood Level Leg jacks replaced with HWH fully automatic jacks. The 5th power control board has failed and is no longer available. Stewart's Service on CR 6 W in Elkhart will be installing. They have done jacks for me before on two other coaches and do quality work.
If you want to know the exact temp install a Scan Gauge, it will give yo the temp in degrees.

There is a step switch near the door, just flip it the other way and the step will close when the door is closed and the engine is not running.

The heating element should be replaceable. When mine failed it was the thermostat on the tank. Replaced it and it has been working ever since.

I was at Snowflower TT last week and ran both ACs on 30 amp service just fine.

Make sure it has a shut off valve because if it is left open driving down the road causes the valves to seep and over fill the cells. You might need to see the top of the batteries to know when the cells are full. My recomendation would be to install AGM batteries so you don't have any maintenance.

I would check the stamped date on the case as some retailers affix the date sticker when they want to, such as Sam's Club.

No fittings, they looked like urethane. This was a 2000 Reyco Granning IFS that I bought from Spartan and installed in my 93 Spartan metal spring chassis. I changed the suspension to air and also air brakes.

Sounds like a bad ground.
RV PORT IDEAS / SUGGESTIONS (CARPORT)

in 1988 I built a garage on my vacant lot that is 32ft x 64 ft with a 15ft ceiling. Has a 14 ft rv door and a 7 ft double wide car door. I moved my metal and woodworking shop into it along with the motorhome. I then built my house using the shop equipment. I think the cost was around $30K.
