Lexus RX330 Flat Tow Questions

We want to two a Lexus RX330 and are being told to install a REMCO lube pump and everything will be fine. I have no experience in this and a little nervous. I would like to know if any one has experience with the these pumps. PROS and CONS. The info found seems to indicate the systems are good and work well. Any feed back will be greatly appreciated. Thanks Alan
