  1. Thanks again for the info. the dish is a kvh tracvision LF/LS and the direct-tv reciever is either a d10-300 or d12-500.The reciver was used in my house with a different antenna . how do you know which satellite you are on and how do you set it up for a 18" dish. also read something about a low speed data line form switch plate to reciever.

  2. THANKS FOR THE INPUT. I DO HEAR THE SATELLITE SEARCHING FOR THE SAT. AND IT STOPS AFTER AWHILE WITH A SOLID GRREN LIGHT ON THE SWITCH. I DON;T KNOW IF THE PREVIOUS OWNER HAD DIRECT-TV OR NOT. WHEN I HOOKED UP THE RECIVER I GET THE DIRECT-TV LOGO AND IT SAYS SEARCHING FOR SAT. I GET THE SIGNAL STRENGTH FOR THE SET-UP MENUE ON TV FORM THE DIRECT-TV RECIVER. I COULD NEVER GET THE SET-UP TO WORK. I DO SWITCH THE BOX TO THE SAT BUTTON AND HAVE TRIED ALL THE OTHER BUTTONS ALSO.

  3. Thanks for the info. the source of the water was a busted water line by the hot water heater in back of the unit. I discoverd it that afternoon

and soaked it up with a wet/dry vac. and let the heaters on over the week. I went back the next week and it was still damp. i then thought of putting a fan ininside overnight. The next day it was dry. i will rent a carpert cleaner this weekend and clean it. Sould i be concern with any mold under the carpet?

  4. THIS IS MY FIRST TIME IN THE FORUM.

I PURCHASED A 2006 FLEETWOOD EXPEDITION ABOUT SIX MONTHS AGO. EVERYTHING WAS WORKING GREAT. THEN LAST MONTH ONE OF MY POWER-GEAR ELECTRIC LEVELING LEGS WENT OUT . BROUGHT IT TO THE DEALER AND IT WAS FIXED UNDER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY I PURCHASED, THANK GOODNESS IT WAS OVER A $1000.00. LAST WEEK WE WENT ON A WEEK-END TRIP AND WHEN I WENT TO EXTEND THE SIDE-OUT ON THE DRIVERS SIDE OUT NOTHING HAPPENED. IT WAS POWER-GEAR SLIDE. I HAVE NO BOOKS ON IT AND THE WEB SITE FOR POWER-GEAR IS VERY HELPFUL.

AND THOUGHTS ON POWER-GEAR EQUIPMENT AND ANY HELP ON THE SLIDE-OUT PROBLEM.
