Why would the freezer of my refig work when plugged into shore power but refrigerator is not cooling? 2016 Winnebago View refrigerator.

Location of fuse in 2016 Winnebago View for roof antenna

I am not sure what the power source is for the dome antenna but I know when rv is plugged into shore power ( 30 amp) or generator is running, I do not have any power to overhead dome switch inside coach on ceiling. I do have power to the panel switch on wall that allows use of cable or antenna. Please help. -
Please tell me where the fuse for the roof antenna on a 2016 Winnebago view is located. No power to ceiling inside of coach to enable roof antenna.
