Here's a suggestion for the FMCA App. Have a, "I need Roadside Assistance" button that sends a message to RA with the membership information, make and model of RV and GPS coordinates. When the message is received, the rep can call the phone that sent the message. This would dispense with many of the upfront questions involved in identifying the member and if they're authorized to use RA. It would also reduce stress at the time of the incident by not having to find and relay this information.
