Total Data Connect 407-368-7942 They have a cellular base unit that will monitor just about anything in a coach and notify you of any problem by text and email. I have one installed on my 2019 Dutch Start and I can say so far it works great. It also has a phone app.

I have a system from Total Data Connect. The system has 4 data ports you can monitor 4 different temps or if the generator is running.
