Its not too bad to have done, circa 2008 I wrote instructions on how to do it as the fleet we had at the time was equipped with those engines and the chassis manufacture didn't offer the switch, they thought it wasn't needed. I'll see if I can dig it up, the engine harness had the wires for the lights and switch coming off of the ECM, but they ended at the firewall bulkhead on the Freightliner and Ford, maybe you will get lucky and it does the same on a coach.
