bounder04 Report post Posted August 4, 2017 I had turned off my air conditioner after running it most of the day, however the compressor would not stop running. We turned the main circuit breaker off cutting the power. We left it off for 5 minutes. After turning the main circuit breaker back on the compressor started running however it eventually turned off. Now it is recycling about every 10 minutes and running for about 2 minutes before shutting off. Any ideas what would cause this and how to fix it? Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
