Mobile App Suggestion

Here's a suggestion for the FMCA App.

Have a, "I need Roadside Assistance" button that sends a message to RA with the membership information, make and model of RV and GPS coordinates. When the message is received, the rep can call the phone that sent the message. This would dispense with many of the upfront questions involved in identifying the member and if they're authorized to use RA. It would also reduce stress at the time of the incident by not having to find and relay this information.

When signing up for the service you could be assigned a number. It could be your F#. It would take getting all the information one time. 

When you need assistance the only thing would be to give them your "F" number.

Herman, with the mobile app, you would associate your mobile phone # with your account, at the time the app is installed, it could install several #'s, yours, your wife, and any other that you list. The fact that you instigated the distress call from any one of these, will identify you or other family member that has signaled for help. Only question would be, what type of help do you need Herman?
