jleamont Report post Posted June 14, 2019 I check ours 2-3 times per year. With that being said its every 2-3 years something might need some touch up. I wash our coach roof 1-2 times per year, those are 2 of the 3 inspections. When we purchased our first RV, the dealer was very helpful, we walked the roof together and the tech told me that they must be checked at a minimum of 2 times a year.
