Yes it is was the water heater plug with anode. I really didn't expect to see that.

Stray current has been known to greatly accelerate anode erosion.

We are there permanently now. The house wasn't done so weeza got a seasonal site near our daughter so DW can transfer the business to her.

DW is starting up the business at the cape. I still have to drive thru Boston everyday, mega F bombs.

Motorhome at the cape now going thru winterization, getting ready for CABIN FEVER.

Can you drive I-95 or do you have to get off the main freeways? I do know how much fun the city streets are, Double F bomb!!

We do I-95 to !-93 (thru Boston) to Rt 3 on the way home, usually takes 2-1/2 hrs to get home.

In the morning we do the opposite, wake up at 3am, leave cape by 4am get to work in about 1-1/2 hrs or less.

Yes Rt. 3 is Pilgrims Hwy. We live in Buzzards Bay in Bourne. next to the railroad bridge on the canal.

Across the street from the Mass Maritime Academy.

Its been a long time since I was thru there!  Every summer for 14 years, in 4 different coaches!  Last time in Boston was on a cruise ship in 2015. :P

You picked a great place to retire!  Now you can do Florida in winter....😍
