rayin Report post Posted August 1, 2020 Just watched a segment on TV about the skyrocketing RV industry. RV rentals up by 1600% and new sales are outpacing production. https://www.businessinsider.com/rv-sales-skyrocketing-as-lockdown-ends-2020-6?op=
wildebill308 Report post Posted August 2, 2020 That article focuses before June 2020. Things were just starting to go nuts. All the big dealers are selling all kinds of RVs as fast as they can get them in. This is used as well as new coaches. Go look at how many coaches on sites like National Indoor RV Centers are marked "pending". The same for PPL Motorhomes and MHSRV. Just saying this may not be the time to be looking for a cheap/deal. But who knows you might find that "one". Bill
rayin Report post Posted August 2, 2020 (edited) DW and I are considering selling our MH this summer. We have health issues that have all but eliminated extended travel at our ages. We just spent $5k this week on the engine. We might buy a small TT for local use though, a neighbor has an older HiLo that looks good. wayne77590 Report post Posted August 2, 2020 Ray, sorry to hear that but one must do what they have to do. If you can hold out on the purchase of a TT there should be plenty of used ones to go around when the virus ends and people have to go back to work.
