C-715809 Report post Posted August 14, 2022 Looking at an upgrade from our 2014 Discovery Expedition 38B with bunks to a Used 2021 Forest River BERKSHIRE XL 40E with bunks. My wife likes the concept of a second bathroom my daughter wants to have her bunks. Marketing materials are pretty impressive for what they fit in a 40 ft box. The Berkshire has about 13,500 miles so I will assume that the factory bugs have been worked out by now. Anyone have thoughts on the 2021Berkshire XL? chrisspa Report post Posted October 12, 2022 Forest River has had a recall on the windows, a major issue. Make sure that there are no issues and have them checked by a approved dealer. I have had to replace 6 of 9 windows on my 2020 Forest River Berkshire XL40D, the windows were covered, but it was a major issue finding an approved dealer to do the work.
