rossboyer Report post Posted November 23, 2022 Check ordinances of city, township, state, snd your housing addition. Some expire based on age. Our addition ordinances expired at 25 years. Our home was built in 1974, and our neighbors didn’t care, but we had a pad beside our garage and shop. The end wasn’t beyond the front of the house. A few years ago, one county tried to limit RVs to 24 feet and hidden behind a fence or parked at a commercial camp ground, not a farmer’s field. When they realized that if the RV was parked outside the county for 183 days, they could no longer tax the RV or receive revenue from state via BMV licensing. They gave up the issue.
