Window Weather Stripping on Fleetwood Terra LX

I have a 2008 Fleetwood Terra LX.  There appears to be weather stripping between the to windows on on the passenger side by the captains chair.  It has come loose and I can't figure out where it goea and how to reinstall it.  Can anyone help?  Thanks in advance.

I sounds like you've got dual pane windows.  The weather stripping you're talking about is the seal between the two panes.  I had my foggy windows repaired by The RVFogDr in Searcy, AR.  https://www.rvfogdr.com/  There are a few others around the country that do that work also.

I've seen a few posts by people that said they fixed their windows themselves but I wouldn't try it.  It involves removing the window, separating the panes, cleaning the old seal complete off, cleaning the inside of the glass, applying the new seals and mating the windows back together before putting them back in the frame.  If you know what you're doing, it should only take an hour or two.

I had a similar issue with my Fleetwood Terra LX and found that window weather stripping can help significantly in reducing drafts and improving insulation. However, to take it a step further, I also installed window shades, which made a big difference. Not only do they block out more cold air in the winter, but they also add an extra layer of protection against the elements. The shades work in tandem with the weather stripping to help keep the interior of my RV more comfortable, especially during extreme weather conditions. If you haven’t tried adding shades yet, I highly recommend it for both insulation and privacy benefits!
