It is in the laundry sections but it actually softens the water which helps keep the sides of the tank 'slicker' so things don't tend to stick to the sides. Powder or Liquid will work, they say the powder is more concentrate and thus a better buy. But my tanks are kinda small, and I get by with a cap full in each tank, after dumping. Then I followed these steps, next time I camped I completely filled both tanks, dumped and they went straight to empty. Never have odor problems. Real happy following these steps.
