85Eagle Report post Posted August 29, 2011 What does everyone think about FMCA posting what goes on at the National Directors meetings on the web site just for FMCA members only to view. I know there are many FMCA members that do not belong to Chapters and many Chapters National directors do not make the meetings and personally I think posting the Business meeting minutes on the web would be most beneficial. Frankturman Report post Posted August 31, 2011 I agree -- the more open you are with your business the better people feel about being members.
85Eagle Report post Posted August 31, 2011 Thanks, Tom and Frank, for the reply, but where is everyone from FMCA National Headquarters in Cincinnati? I would like to hear from them and get their opinion on this subject.
FMCANationalOffice Report post Posted January 17, 2012 Formal records of the proceedings of FMCA's Governing Board, Executive Board and national committees are disseminated to committee members, chapter presidents, national directors, alternate national directors, area association officers, past national officers and temporary delegates, if applicable. Minutes and other documents also are made available to these groups on FMCA's Governance Web site, www.governance.fmca.com. That's FMCA's current policy.
