There is nothing to see or do in Yuma. It's good place to get a very long term rental rate and it's a good place to stay if you want to visit surrounding areas such as Mexico or Quartzsite (Yuk!). Yuma is also a great place to say you "were" as a lot of folks recognize the name of that city. I hope you have a better final destination in mind.

Yuma is a great place to spend the winter. Fortuna de Oro or the Shangri La are nice RV parks. Fortuna has nice jam sessions. You'll enjoy the Marketplace and some great restaurants. It's only an hour's drive to Quartzsite when the event is on. To go into Mexico you'll need a passport. Real nice casinos also. Lots of things to do.
