janelewbill Report post Posted March 25, 2012 The retractable steps on my 2007 Newmar Kountry Star do not retract all the way. The factory sprayed it with lubricant when I had it there last week and it worked for a few days, now they again have the same problem. They are "Coach Step" by "SCS". dickandlois Report post Posted March 27, 2012 Bill Check out this link and see if it looks like your steps. If they look the same. There have been issues with the control modules and the motors.
