five Report post Posted September 5, 2012 I don't take the chance and tow any faster than 65...maybe once in a while when passing. Besides, my MPG gets much worse above 65.
RonaldNC Report post Posted September 9, 2012 I've been towing my CRV for the last two years... no problems experienced at any speed. However, I generally don't drive any faster than 60 mph. Ron
jim41mina Report post Posted September 10, 2012 2008 Honda CRV seldom tow at speed above 65 mph. Concerned about warranty issues. Usually tow 55 mph to 60 mph because of fuel mileage reduction. Also changed transmission fluid at 40k miles due to towing. OD approaching 49k miles. So far no transmission problems.
