rossboyer Report post Posted October 1, 2012 While I think Camping World has one, J C Whitney may cost less. The ones I have seen have a hitch ball on a frame above two wheels with a long handle that you tilt down to raise the ball under the trailer hitch to roll it around. I have seen powered ones that require a 120v extention cord. Maybe that would good, too..
hermanmullins Report post Posted October 1, 2012 D Graig, Welcome to the Forum. 68 & 71 and still riding, CODOS to you. Check with a boat dealer. There is a powered dolly that is self contained and uses a 12 volt battery. Check with them or google power dollies. Herman
desertdeals69 Report post Posted October 1, 2012 There are jack wheels that pivot down and then crank up to lift the tongue. For that weight they have two casters.
RVerOnTheMove Report post Posted October 2, 2012 I would assume that the most logical solution would be to unload the car, have the car equipped with a tow hitch and then move the trailer as necessary with the car. When it's time to leave, reverse the operation. Move the trailer to a location where the RV can pick it up and then park the car on the dolly.
