bjgraffis Report post Posted July 21, 2014 We have a 2012 Class C Coachman Freelander. We know how to get the cable from the site to the motorhome, but don't know what to do after that. Can anyone help us? We have a fairly new (less than a year) LG flat screen TV. Thank you
desertdeals69 Report post Posted July 21, 2014 Hook the cable to the appropriate connection on the tv via the on board cabling and select the tv tuner to cable and search for the available channels.
dickandlois Report post Posted July 21, 2014 bjgraffis, Welcome to the FMCA forum! In most cases there is a selector box next to the DVD. This is where the Cable, Antenna, DVD and Satellite outputs are connected to the input of the box. If everything is connected properly, one selects the signal source you wish to view on the TV by pressing the appropriate button mentioned by DD69. Rich. RVerOnTheMove Report post Posted July 21, 2014 There is also likely a wall plate with a tiny button or slide switch and a tiny (usually green) light. If this is lit you will be able to use your OTA roof mounted TV antenna. To use cable you must turn this off.
