john97301 Report post Posted May 1, 2016 Manual states disconnect negative battery cable in car before towing. That cable is VERY difficult to reach. Is it OK to disconnect the positive cable which is easy to reach? Of course you would be careful to not arc the cable, and wrapping it and securing during towing.
