Thought I better introduce myself since have made several posts already.

Before I go any further how do you turn this ;@$}% spelling changer off??

Been rv'ing a number of years coast to coast and north to south, still want to get to Canada yet. First was a Montana 5th wheel that kept having parts fall off of it inside and out. Driving across Texas on 10 saw something waving at me from the 5er. Pulled over and the wheel mounding was pulling off front to back among other things. Not impressed with Montana's qc.

Had it parked in Moab for a couple years till the red dust started getting too thick inside. Also picked up a Kodiak toy hauler (I give up) because apparently had stupid tattooed on my forehead when I entered the dealer. Junk, junk junk.... Dealer just told me they quit carrying Kodiak for that reason, no refund of course....

Last summer traded them all, including tow vehicle in on Winnie View, which I like, but, just too small. Great gas mileage, towing ability and acceleration, but just to small to live and work out of. Few other accessibility issues, like getting on all 4's to hook up water, electricity didn't excite me either. So just put deposit on a DP.

Later,

Gary

Well dang Gary, if the spell checker is that much of a problem I guess it's doing it's job. Hee hee!

Had a 2007 Montana 3400RL and we loved it but it did not have all those fancy gadgets and self leveling systems that present day 5er's have - or I might still have it. Was just tired of setting boards down to level then picking them up and doing all the 5er hook up to the truck. DW said one day, "Why don't you get a motorhome so you don't kill your self with a stroke or heart atack."  Arrrrrg arrrr arrrg  done deal.

Now I have a bigger hole in the road to pour money into.

Welcome!

Welcome!

Looks like someone edited my post for me after posting to what I had meant but typed wrong....... The spelling changer is/was changing the meaning of what I typed.

Yes I was not enjoying myself having to constantly repair something rather then enjoy the trip. Another of my many pet peeves and I mention to every site I go to just about: If you had built the site level to begin with I would not have to waste time to level out at your site. Remember, I am the one paying YOU to stay here. The local state park was paving all the gravel sites yesterday, no attempt to level them, just paving over the gravel. Arrrrg.....

Gary,

Welcome, I learned a long time ago it is "WE" not "I". We got a Motor Home, We go on trips. There is a few time I do use "I", like I made a mistake, "I" am in the dog house. Know what "we" mean?

A few times I use "she," like in "she" who I obey, pay attention to, etc.,   I am master of my RV. Anything "she" wishes shall be done.

Gary, those spell checkers can be turned off. Search the web for "turn off spell checker" without the quotes.

Forgot to mention that I am the Boss, and I have her permission to say so.

Wow, bringing back some memories!

I know exactly where my man parts are, she keeps both of them in her purse.

Thanks a lot Kay. :-) I remember the song very well, it was the lullaby my father sang to me when I was 2 years old.
