I see Brett covered the ride height issue! Many manual transmission vehicles are tow able. Is the Ranger 4 wheel drive? That would cover it to be tow able. Need to consider how you load the coach and the weight of the truck so you stay within the weight limits and remember the to add a braking system to the truck. Do not think the truck exceeds 5000lbs.
