2007 Holiday Rambler Imperial 43DSQ water pressure becomes a trickle several seconds after turning on any faucet.  This is evident with city water and/or water pump.  The owner's manual refers to a pressure accumulator tank which I have not been able to locate.  The water filters were recently changed and water pressure was fine before and following that procedure.  The water pump turns on and off continuously (pulsates).  Hugh reward for solving this problem.........possibly my mother-in-law.
